Cancellation & refunds.

Every piece is made by hand after you order it, often with your name, your photograph or your own flowers in it. Once it is made it cannot be sold to anyone else, which is why this policy is the way it is.

• You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched.
• The 50% advance is not refundable once it is paid. Work and materials begin as soon as it arrives, and for a varmala the drying starts the day the flowers reach us.
• If you cancel before paying the balance, you owe nothing more.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Because every piece is made to order, we do not take returns or exchanges if you change your mind. If you are unsure about anything, ask us before you order: we are happy to send more photographs or talk it through.

Send us photographs or an unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair the piece or make it again, free of charge.

Opening the parcel on video makes this quickest, though photographs are enough.

If what arrives is not what we agreed in our chat (the wrong name, size or design), tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph, and we will correct it or make it again, free of charge.

• Small differences from the photographs on this site: no two handmade pieces are the same.
• Natural flowers changing colour as they dry.
• A matched colour that is very close, but not exact.

If, after taking your advance, we find we cannot make your piece (a varmala that turns out too damaged to preserve, for example), we will tell you straight away and refund everything you have paid.

Send us a photograph. Small repairs we can usually manage, and we will tell you honestly what can be done.
