• We keep only what we need to reply to you, make your piece and deliver it.
• We never sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
• This website has no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics.
• You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we have about you at any time.

• When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, by email or by phone: your name, your number or email, and what you send us, such as the details of your order, photographs, and your delivery address.
• When you use the contact form: your name, the phone number or email you leave, what it is about and your message. Nothing else: we do not keep your location, your device or your IP address with it.
• When you tap an “Order” button: we count which piece it was for, and when. The count holds nothing about you.
• If you agree to a review: your message and a screenshot of it with your number and name cut out, plus your first name only if you are happy for it to be shown.

The website you are reading sets no cookies at all, and nothing on it follows you to other sites. The only cookies we use are for the studio's own sign-in, to manage the site.

• To reply to you, and to agree the details of your order.
• To make your piece, and to send it to you.
• To show your review on the site, only if you have said we may.
• To know which pieces people ask about most, from the anonymous order-button count.

• WhatsApp and Instagram carry the messages you send us there, under their own privacy policies.
• The courier gets your name, address and phone number, so the parcel reaches you.
• Our hosting: the website and its database run on Railway, and the photographs are stored with Cloudflare. They keep this data for us, not for themselves. Like every website, the hosting may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service.
• Webakshar, who built this website and look after it, can sign in to keep it running.

We share details with anyone else only if the law requires us to.

• Contact form messages are deleted automatically 6 months after they arrive.
• A review stays until you ask us to take it down. Then it is deleted for good, screenshot and all.
• Order chats stay in WhatsApp for as long as the chat does. Ask us and we will delete our copy.
• Copies of the site's data, kept in case something goes wrong, are replaced within 30 days. So something deleted can stay in such a copy for up to 30 days more, and then it is gone.

Every page of this website is sent over an encrypted connection. Only the studio, and Webakshar for upkeep, can sign in to manage it, each with their own password and the option of a second step from their phone.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and take back your permission for a review at any time.

Our pieces are often made for children, but this website is for the grown-ups ordering them. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
