Ocean Pour
Two layers of resin, one turquoise and one pearl white, with a line of crushed glass between them for the foam. The wave is different on every clock, because resin can only be guided so far.
Gold Roman numerals or minimal markers. Silent quartz movement.

Photo Clock
Pearl resin, a rim of crushed glass, gold markers, and your photographs inside the dial. Anywhere from one to six: children, parents, the wedding day, or the friend who now lives far away.
Hang it on a wall or stand it on a shelf. Time passes either way. It is just worth looking at now.
