Placing an order
01How do I place an order?
There is no cart on this site. Under any piece you like, press "Order this" and WhatsApp opens with the message already written. Or simply message 8584803959 directly.
02How does payment work?
We begin work on 50% advance, and the remaining 50% is paid before the order ships. We send payment details on WhatsApp. There is no online payment gateway.
03Can I just ask a question first?
Of course. Most people send a photograph first and ask what could be made from it and roughly what it would cost. There is no obligation. If we think the result would be poor, we will say so.
04Is there a minimum order?
We are happy to make a single piece. Bulk orders such as rakhis or wedding favours are priced differently. Tell us the quantity and we will quote.

01When should I book?
Ideally before the wedding, so that nobody has to think about the garland on the day itself. Tell one person at home to set it aside once the function ends. If the wedding has already happened, message us straight away. The sooner the flowers reach us, the more colour survives.
02Will an old or already-dried varmala work?
Often yes. It depends on how dry the flowers are and how much colour is left. Send us a photograph of the garland on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it will turn out well.
03How does the garland reach you?
Inside Kolkata we arrange a pickup. Anywhere else, by courier. We send you the exact way to pack it so no petals break on the way. Please check with us before you send it.
04What else can I send with the varmala?
Bangles, kalire, a kundan or pearl set, the thread from your dupatta, a piece of the wedding card. Anything that was with you that day and can sit inside the frame.
05What do the frames cost?
The Grand Frame (23" × 15") is ₹4,999, The Keepsake Frame (12" × 9") is ₹5,199, and The Six-Inch Keepsake (6" round) is ₹699. Heavy customisation can move these slightly.

Making and delivery
01How long does it take?
Keychains and jhumkas are quick. Name plates and clocks take longer. Varmala preservation takes longest of all, because drying the flowers alone runs into weeks, and rushing it turns them black inside the resin.
02Where do you deliver?
3 days within Kolkata and 10 days across the rest of India. Shipping is charged by parcel size.
03How is it packed?
Every piece goes into a frosted sleeve, then between shredded paper, then into a kraft box with a gold thank-you sticker. Varmala frames are always double-boxed with corner protection.
04Will I get updates while it is being made?
Yes. We send photographs as the work progresses, particularly for varmala frames, where we need your approval on the layout before anything is set.

01How long does resin last?
Cured resin is very durable. It will not dry out and it does not break easily. Just keep it out of long hours of direct sunlight; any resin can shift in colour over years of harsh light.
02How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a dry, soft cloth. Please do not use cleaners, alcohol or anything abrasive. They take the gloss off the surface.
03What if it breaks?
Send us a photograph. Small repairs we usually manage. If something was damaged in transit, tell us immediately and we will sort it out.

01Can you make something that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. Coasters, trays, bookmarks, fridge magnets, wedding favours, corporate gifting. We have made a lot that never made it onto this site. Describe the idea or send a reference photograph.
02Can I send my own flower?
This is our favourite kind of order. A rose from a bouquet, a flower from the garden, or the one pressed inside a book. Send it over. It can become jhumkas, a keychain, a frame or a pendant.
03Can I choose the colour?
Absolutely. Tell us the shade, or send a photograph of whatever it needs to match. Mixing pigment into resin gets us very close.
