We send pieces all over India from our studio in Howrah, Kolkata. If you are outside India, message us before you order and we will tell you whether we can send it to you.

Everything is made after you order it, so making time comes first. Keychains and jhumkas are quick. Name plates and clocks take longer. Varmala preservation takes longest of all, because the flowers have to dry completely before they go into resin, and rushing them turns them dark.

We tell you how long your piece will take in our chat, before you pay the advance.

Once your piece is ready and the balance is paid, it usually reaches you in:

• Kolkata: 3 days
• Elsewhere in India: 10 days

Couriers can be slower around festivals and the wedding season. If your parcel is late, message us and we will follow it up with the courier.

Shipping is charged by parcel size. We tell you the cost in our chat before you pay the balance.

Every piece goes into a frosted sleeve, then between shredded paper, then into a kraft box with a gold thank-you sticker. Varmala frames are always double-boxed, with corner protection. You can see real parcels on our packaging page.

Inside Kolkata, we arrange a pickup. From anywhere else, it comes by courier, and we send you the exact way to pack it so that no petals break on the way. Please check with us before you send it.

Please check your name, full address, pin code and phone number when you share them with us. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, we will sort out sending it again with you.

Send us photographs or an unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we will repair the piece or make it again, free of charge. See our cancellation and refund policy for the details.
