Lady Gaga is known for her off the wall style. Not to mention the fact that she doesn’t wear pants she comes up with stuff that is on the bleeding edge of fashion. Here is a list of some of her craziest outfits

1. Here she is leaving the Brit Awards in London Last nights. It takes a lot of work to look this much like a wedding cake.
2. In 2009 she wore this Kermit skin coat on the German TV show Punkt. She wore the coat as a dress but that almost feels like an extraneous detail.

5. In the Gaga Burka! The problem with ordinary burkas is they aren’t slutty! For those who wish to be anonymously slutty there is finally hope in the Gaga Burka!

1. Fur Flies! At Richard Chai, Vena Cava, Chado Ralph Rucci and Jen Kao fur dominated. Silvery Fox fur at Cusnie et Ochs is sure to make PETA mad but as they say “can’t please everyone”
2. BROWNS — they are everywhere and they are the color of the season
3. NOT LEGGINGS…Even American Apparel says they aren’t pants. You don’t need to believe me read the label.
4. Gender Bending — more boyish charm in women’s suits are making the runways at NY fashion week a he’s a she spot
5. Lace up those boots. Parabel Gurung, Alexander Wang and Peter Som all showed platform boots made for walking with enticing textures and colors.

1. 13 Year old blogging sensation of the moment Tavi sports a turban over her blue grey hair
2. Dark fall hues dominated clothing but mouths were bright spots of color at Costello Tagliapietra and Cynthia Steffee. Doo.Ri outdid them all with sparkling painted on kissers.
3. Coming clean on make-up. Or at least look as if you are. BCBG Max Azria, Yigal and Rag & Bone all featured models sporting totally bare moisturized faces
4. Belts, belts, and belts. They are absolutely everywhere we have been seeing them everywhere over big sweaters and baggy dresses. NYmag is calling them power belts but whatever they are called big chunky belts are a trend everyone can wear well and we love that!
5. Shoulder baring black dress are a totally chic way for any woman to feel like a goddess.  The one picture is from lovely Lanvin.
   

As a man that used to work in retail, I thought it would be fun to have a list of my favorite boutiques.



5. Atelier New York

I love the aesthetic of Atelier New York. Black on Black, Black on White, Black on Grey. Pretty much sums up the store. Edgy designers with futuristic designs, I must say Atelier is one of the most artistic boutiques in NYC. If I could afford any of the items, I would have a pretty sick wardrobe.


4. Seven New York

Seven New York is very similar to Atelier New York. Hidden from tourists in Soho, this underground boutique screams chic and yet bold. Along with Black on Black, Seven offers distinct patterns with bold colors. Don’t forget the friendly service.


3. Oak New York

Oak started as a small boutique in Williamsburg and has now taken over Soho. Unlike Atelier and Seven, Oak has a variety of items, in every price range. From in expensive jeans to wallet buster outer wear. The owners also opened a bar in Greenpoint called Blackout


2. Odin New York

As a former employee of Odin, I love everything about the store. By opening numerous of locations in Soho, West Village and East Village, Odin reflects more than one type of consumer. The only negative I have and I say this jokingly, they need a Lower East Side Store. HA!


1. Assembly New York

Assembly New York located on Ludlow street in the Lower East side = My birthplace. I love this store. The store consists of a dark and lodge like feel with the wooden floors. I personally stay in the store for almost an hour, hanging out with the birds and talking to the owner. Great upcoming store!
